In 2019, the Tulip Time Festival is celebrating its 90th year! Holland has a rich history and heritage to share with its visitors. The Festival began in 1929 to celebrate Dutch heritage in the community. Today the fun continues with parades, Dutch dancers, national and regional entertainment, dinner shows, a Dutch market, fireworks and the stars of the show, millions of tulips throughout Holland.
The world’s largest hot air ballooning event. Every October hundreds of colorful balloons float above the city as dawn breaks over the Sandia Mountains. It’s a marvelous tour whether your group flies to Albuquerque, includes this in a large Southwestern Bus Tour, or travel across the west by Amtrak. This is one great time.

An uplifting farewell to summer takes place every Labor Day weekend at Callaway Gardens. This event is highlighted by colorful flights, a balloon glow, festival entertainment, exhibits and demonstrations.

This Patriotic Festival is filled with awe-inspiring spectacles.
