Lodging and overnight accommodations are in first class hotels, motels, and resorts.  Admissions and sightseeing costs as featured in the itinerary. All taxes and gratuities on featured services, and costs for baggage handling.

Complimentary Fares

U.S. Tours offers one free with every 16 paid fares. On cruises the 3rd and 4th people in a room do not count toward your 16. On motorcoach tours they do.  Please note, we are happy to change this 1/16 ratio, as you wish. If you want 1-10 or 1-40, we can make those adjustments, it simply affects the price.

Last Minute Booking Policy

We know sometimes you will have a customer who wants to go at the last minute. When this happens, simply call and let us know, we’ll do our very best to get them on board.

Motorcoach Tour Cancellation Policy

We hope to minimize penalties on customer cancellations. Should one of your members cancel and you replace them from your waiting list there will never be a penalty from us. Note however, that airlines and cruise ships often charge for name changes.

International Border Crossings

On any tour leaving the United States, it is the responsibility of each passenger to have in their possession proper documents. It is the responsibility of the group leader to advise all passengers. Currently, to enter Canada, Mexico, most Caribbean Ports, Bermuda and the Bahamas, native-born U.S. Citizens must show:

  • A valid U.S. Passport, or
  • A Government Issued Birth Certificate (hospital issued Birth Certificates are not acceptable) with photo I.D. Cards.

Additionally, for airline & cruise security it is necessary to reserve every ticket with each passenger’s actual legal name, no nicknames. On all flights, even domestic flights, every passenger must show a government issued photo ID with spelling exactly as it is on the ticket. U.S. Tours cannot be held responsible, and cannot delay a tour if any passenger is denied border crossing, or boarding onto a cruise ship or airplane. We recommend everyone obtain a Passport. Regulations regarding border crossings and identification are changing. Please suggest to your travelers that this is a good time to get a Passport.

Delivery of Documents

1) Motorcoach Packages: U.S. Tours Operations Books are not completed until 10-15 days before your departure, as stated on your Tour Confirmation. We can provide you with passenger itineraries at 30 days prior, once your Room List and Final Payment has been received. If you must have more information earlier than this, we can provide a tentative Operations Schedule – but it will not be finalized until the entire Operations Book is finalized. Passenger Itineraries contain hotel names & phone numbers, as well a daily sequential list of events. We do not provide individual passengers with times.
2) Cruise & Resort Packages: We forward Cruise Line & Resort Package documents upon receipt. Usually 21-30 days prior to departure.

In addition, we make no specific guarantee that the description of services and facilities provided by and of the various vendors involved in package travel are accurate. Further, U.S. Tours reserves the right to change or cancel tour itineraries, and any tour components or services, whenever U.S. Tours, in its sole discretion, deems such change to be necessary. All air fares, cruise fares, and rates for other transportation and tour services are based on fares in effect at the time of printing and are subject to carrier tariff changes, and supplier surcharges.
