Day 1: Travel today to Washington, DC. On arrival, visit the Marine Corps Memorial & Museum. Also know at the Iwo Jima Memorial, it honors the Marines who have died defending the United States since 1775.  Then you check into your suburban hotel for a two night stay.  Dinner is included this evening at a local restaurant.

Day 2: This morning you meet your local guide for a full Day of Washington DC sightseeing.  Start with the White House Visitors Center. You will gain an understanding of how the White House works and operates as you stroll around the exterior past the OEOB (old Executive Office Building) to the opposite side of Lafayette Park.  You will also stop near the White House for a Photo Opportunity.

Next, visit the newly renovated Ford’s Theater and the Peterson House. Followed by a tour of the new U.S. Capitol Visitors Center and enjoy a narrated walk on Capitol Hill with commentary about the Library of Congress, Supreme Court, and the U.S. Capitol Building.

Then afternoon features a visit to the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum. Tonight, dinner is included at a local restaurant. Enjoy an Evening Illuminated tour of the famous Monuments and War Memorials to include: Lincoln, Jefferson, Washington, WWII, Korea and Vietnam.

Day 3: This morning you take the Tourmobile through Arlington National Cemetery with stops at the Eternal Flame, Tomb of the Unknown Soldier for the Changing of the Guard and the Custis Lee Mansion. Afterwards, you depart for Home.
